It has been months since I posted to this blog. I considered giving it up altogether (the blog, not service) but I'm in kind of a blue funk, and I think that getting started again might help raise my spirits.
Why the funk? Nothing in particular behind it, just a series of stresses, hurt feelings and insecurities I guess. Sometimes I feel like I try so hard to do things well and right, and I wonder why I bother. Most people don't appreciate it, some people resent it, and it takes a toll on me.
So I'll try to go back and reconstruct some of the service I've done since last April. I still really want to get to 1000.
So for number 294, I planned a reception for Erik and Camille.
