My sister Sharon and her husband came to take may parents and us out to dinner to celebrate Sharon's birthday last night. My mom had planned to make her a pie, but then didn't feel up to it due to her recent pacemaker replacement surgery and her cancer radiation treatments. My dad was going to go to Atwater to buy a pie, but when I found out about that I volunteered to make one. I think everyone enjoyed it last night, and since pies are expensive I wanted to do that for my parents.
